123 Child Development Center se complace en anunciar que, en colaboración con CAIS, estaremos ofreciendo un Programa de Before & After Care exclusivo para los estudiantes de la escuela. Mientras esperamos la visita inicial de licenciamiento de ECECD, estamos recopilando información preliminar para apoyar el proceso de organización y registro de las familias interesadas.
Este Formulario de Interés no constituye una inscripción oficial, pero nos permitirá:
- Identificar cuántas familias desean participar.
- Preparar los contratos ECECD correspondientes.
- Planificar horarios, personal y logística del programa.
- Mantener comunicación directa con ustedes conforme avancemos en el proceso de licenciamiento.
Les pedimos completar este formulario con la información solicitada. Una vez que ECECD autorice la licencia en el sitio, nos comunicaremos para finalizar el registro oficial y los contratos gratuitos del programa.

Dear Cien Aguas International School families,
123 Child Development Center is pleased to announce that, in partnership with CAIS, we will be offering an exclusive Before & After Care Program for CAIS students. While we await the initial licensing visit from ECECD, we are gathering preliminary information to support the organization and registration process for interested families.
This Interest Form is not an official enrollment, but it will help us:
- Identify families who wish to participate.
- Prepare the required ECECD contracts.
- Plan staffing, schedules, and program logistics.
- Maintain direct communication as the licensing process moves forward.
Please complete this form with the requested information. Once ECECD approves the onsite license, we will contact you to finalize official enrollment and the free ECECD contracts.
